From group size to game formats, here is how to plan a birthday battle your crew will talk about for years.
Birthday parties at Outback are a rite of passage — paint splatter included. Most groups land in the 10–20 player range, which gives us room to run team missions, capture-the-flag, and respawn rounds without anyone sitting out too long.
Book early, especially for spring and summer weekends. We are appointment-only, so a quick call to 905-987-5391 locks in your date before someone else grabs it.
Have every player (or their parent/guardian for minors) complete the online waiver before arrival. That keeps check-in fast so the birthday kid gets straight into the action. Bring clothes you do not mind getting dirty and closed-toe shoes — we handle masks, markers, air, and refs.
