What to Wear for Your First Paintball Session
Dress for dirt, mud, and adrenaline. Here is the practical gear checklist before you hit the outback fields.
Paintball is an outdoor sport — dress like it. Long sleeves and pants protect your skin and keep you comfortable crawling through cover. Closed-toe shoes with ankle support are a must; the terrain is natural, not a gym floor.
Skip your favourite hoodie. Paint washes out of most fabrics, but mud and grass stains are part of the experience. Layers work well in cooler months; you will warm up fast once the games start.
